Our tradition of quality custom plastic injection and silicone molding began more than 50 years ago.
With a combined experience in the agriculture and molding industries of over 30 years, we decided there was a better way. After years of research and development a new product has been produced to not only increase but also enhance plant growth. EGS also utilizes design features that will allow the root system to sustain longevity and increase the output of production.
By creating a gravity-based design we can increase production of standard plants by 30%. Combined with a recyclable water system and a stackable grow flow this design is impacting the standard system of growing in a major way.
The EGS system is designed with an anti-microbial additive which prevents mildew growth thus enhancing a healthier plant root. We also created a quick system to sanitize and replace components after the grow cycle for short turn time on new production.
Our enclosed grow system allows companies and individuals to produce plants on existing walls utilizing space never thought of before. Combining a warm environment with a hardier root system our products are perfect for the cloning of plants without a needed heat source like the standard systems used today on the floor or racks.
